What happens to your message: it is registered on arrival and an automatic receipt with a tracked reference number comes back to you; our AI system reads it, classifies it, summarises it for the desk and proposes a draft reply — then a person writes the actual reply. The Voice of the Citizen form
If you would rather not use email: the report form on the site enters the same pipeline, and a report can be followed by its reference number alone, with no email or phone left behind.

What we do not offer
No phone line, and no published postal address — the reason for the second is set out on the Ownership & Funding page. What we list here, we answer; we think that beats a long silent list.
