Ownership & Funding
This page says everything that can be said truthfully, and explains what it withholds — declared silence is not concealment.

Funding
The platform is funded entirely from its publisher's own money: no advertising, no sponsors, no paid subscriptions, no money from any government, party, organisation or investor — and nobody buys a line of coverage.
Part of this you can verify from the site itself: browse as long as you like and you will not find a single advertisement or piece of sponsored content.
Why the publisher is not named
We do not publish the publisher's name or the platform's address. For independent outlets in our region this is a recognised safety practice, not an exception we invented.
What is different here is that the withholding itself is declared on a public page — you know what we are not saying and why, instead of finding an unexplained gap.
Accountability without a name
- An open corrections policy: errors are corrected in public and never erased, and the record is published.
- A contact channel that answers: the editorial email issues a tracked reference number for every message, and the Voice of the Citizen page does the same.
- A published editorial charter and fact-checking methodology, with every verdict showing its evidence for you to examine yourself.
If anything changes
If the funding model ever changes — an advertisement, a sponsor, any outside source — this page changes first, with a visible revision date. As long as it reads as it does now, the money is the publisher's alone.
